Optimal Incentive Mechanism on Pig Supply Chain to Develop Biogas Projects Based on Decentralized Decision- making
In this paper, first, through mechanism of developing biogas projects on the pig supply chain was studied. We knew the Reasons, patterns and results of developing biogas projects. Second, take an example of a good pattern on pig supply chain based on decentralized decision-making and profit sharing; we established the optimization model, there into maximum profit of breeding enterprise as objective function and maximum profit of Slaughter and processing enterprise as restraints. The analytical result showed that develop biogas projects based on decentralized decision-making and profit sharing can solve problems of circular economy target inconsistency and behavior ineoordination on Industry chain Independent economic subject. This measure not only can extend pig supply chain, but also can increase coordinate and stable of system. Finally, Incentive mechanism of developing biogas projects based on decentralized decision - making and profit sharing is feasible on the empirical analysis. An incentive mechanism optimized scheme was selected by using the linear programming method. This measure has solved difficult problems of feces pollution environment on the pig supply chain and promoting biogas project to improve profits.
