基于DPSIR模型的沈阳市可持续性态势评价

采用DPSIR模型,对工业化、城市化过程中产生的城市"自然-经济-社会"系统变化与城市可持续性之间的因果关系进行定性分析.在此基础上以沈阳市为例,构建城市可持续性评价指标体系,分析沈阳城市可持续性状态及变化趋势.结果表明:1997年以来,沈阳城市发展趋向可持续性;老龄化、水资源短缺是沈阳可持续发展面临的难题,同时环境污染造成的经济损失持续上升.图1,表1,参23.
Assessment of Sustainability Status and Trend of Shenyang City Based on DPSIR Framework
Industrialization and urbanization have stimulated rapid city development.However, they have created incomparability between resources, environment, economy and society in cities.This paper synthesizes the major cause and effect relationships of sustainability issues by DPSIR ( Driving force - Pressure - Status - Impact - Response) approach, then design an evaluation model on the base of this analysis to assess sustainability status and trends in Shenyang city.It is concluded that the transformation has been progressing towards sustainability; otherwise there are some fundamental problems such as aging, water shortage and environmental pollution.
