基于数据包络分析(DEA)的西藏农业生产效率分析——以日喀则地区为例

利用基于输入的CCR和BCC模型,从宏观与微观两个层面对西藏日喀则地区农业生产的综合技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率进行分析.结果表明:1997-2007年,日喀则地区农业生产效率稳步上升,但是纯技术效率表现出较强的时滞和技术路径依赖,规模效率成为提升农业生产效率的主要来源;农区的技术效率最大,但半农半牧区综合经济效益空间居首;基于投入产出数据和DEA模型投影分析,提升日喀则地区农业生产效率应从优化土地资源、投入结构和人力资源3个方面着手.
Analysis of Agricultural Production Efficiency of Tibet Based on DEA Method-A Case Study of Shigatse
Based on the Input-oriented CCR and BCC models, this introduces and applies the Data Envelopment Analysis to measure the efficiency of agricultural production in Shigatse from microscopic and macroscopic view. The analysis indicates that the efficiency of agriculture grows steadily from 1997 to 2007, however, technical efficiency is lag and path-dependent, and scale efficiency becomes the major source of production efficiency improvement With regard to agricultural areas and farming-pastoral region, the former is technical effective, and the latter is economic efficient. In order to promote the agricultural efficiency and productivity, in view of the initial data and the projection analysis, the government should commence the optimization of agricultural input structure, land and human resources.
