Study on the Principles to Co-operation Integrating the Rice Supply Chain in Heilongjiang Land-Reclamation Area and the Policies by Government
To improve the competitive power of the supply chain of the round-grained rice in Heilongjiang Land-Reclamation Area, to find the fund theoretical principle of the external orientation development of Heilongjiang Agriculture Group, the structural model of the supply chain of the round-grained rice is built, in which a structural variable, grain subsidy, represented the subsidy by government control The model shows the natural of the supply chain. The cooperative principles are suggested to improve the integration of the supply chain based on the model The limits of integrating the supply chain are analyzed by the cooperative principles. The results show that the profit of the supply chain flows from up to down entities in the supply chain, but the integration of internal supply chain cannot balance against the flow of profit The government' s subsidy increases from down to up entities in the supply chain to improve the integration of the supply chain. So the policies of government are suggested to improve the integration of the supply chain.
