Study on the Effect of Different Fertilizing Level on Onion Yield
Based on the “3414” fertilizer experiment by soil testing and fertilization recommendation project, the effects of N, P and K fertilizer on onion were studied in Yangguang town, Tonghai County. The regression models of the three factors and yield of onion were established. The experiments find that the maximum economic yield of onion is up to 84914. 1 kg·hm-2 when the fertilizer amount of N, P2O5 and K2O in each hectare are 458. 25 kg·hm-2 ~485. 85 kg·hm-2, 337. 5 kg·hm-2 ~455.53 kg·hm-2 and 0 kg·hm-2 respectively. Under the same typical of soil conditions, the optimal yield and economic benefits will be obtained by increasing P fertilizer properly, and not fertilizing K fertilizer. Moreover, the principles of “stable N, increasing P and controlling K” should be followed in practical production.
