理想方案是多属性决策领域中的重要概念之一,然而在现实中理想方案并不存在,决策问题得到的满意解往往是决策者认可的一种对备选方案的最优折中.基于已有研究,提出了一个新的概念——理想折中方案.有别于传统理想方案由单个给定属性的最好值确定,理想折中方案从方案集整体的一致性出发,不仅考虑了属性在数量值上的最优,而且考察了方案在不同属性间的分配.进一步地,给出了基于理想折中方案的多属性决策模型.最后将该模型用于农业科技带头人的选拔评价问题.表2,参10.
A Decision Model Based on Ideal Compromise Alternatives and Its Application in Evaluation of Agricultural Technology Staff
Ideal solution, which is one of important definitions in multi -attribute decision field, is not usually existent Moreover, satisfying solution is usually the optimal compromise on the set of alternatives, which is accepted by the decision maker. Based on the existing research, this paper develops a new definition of ideal compromise alternative. To differ to the ideal solution, the ideal balanced alternative is determined by the optimal value on each attribute, and is determined not only by the optimal value on attributes, but also the assignment among different attributes of the alternative. Furthermore, the paper develops a decision model based on the ideal balanced alternative. Finally, a case improves the new model is scientific and effective.
