复合蛋白颗粒料替代豆粕对绵羊瘤胃发酵和血液生化指标的影响

试验旨在研究复合蛋白颗粒料替代豆粕对绵羊瘤胃发酵和血液生化指标的影响.选用(50±2) kg的杂交公羊(夏洛莱羊×无角陶赛特羊)4只,采用4×4拉丁方试验设计,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组I、试验组Ⅱ、试验组Ⅲ用复合蛋白颗粒料分别替代基础日粮中40%、60%和80%的豆粕.结果表明:复合蛋白颗粒料替代豆粕对瘤胃pH值无显著影响(P>0.05),但总体上随着替代豆粕水平的上升,pH随时间变化有变缓趋势;试验组I、试验组Ⅱ和试验组Ⅲ的氨氮浓度分别比对照组升高4.66%,15.27%,21.05%,试验组Ⅲ较对照组差异显著(P<0.05);对总挥发性脂肪酸浓度差异不显著(P>0.05),有降低的趋势,但试验组Ⅲ的乙酸/丙酸比例显著高于其它各组(P<0.05);对血清尿素氮、尿酸、肌酐无显著影响,但试验Ⅲ组的谷丙转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶显著高于对照组(P<0.05),谷草转氨酶也显著高于其它各组(P<0.05).复合蛋白颗粒料替代豆粕对绵羊瘤胃发酵影响不明显,替代80%豆粕对绵羊肝脏功能产生了一定的影响,从安全性和经济性考虑,替代60%的豆粕较好,对绵羊瘤胃发酵和血液生化指标无显著影响.图2,表3,参17.
Effect of Different Replacement Ratio of Soybean Meal by Compound Protein Pellet on Rumen Fermentation and Blood Biochemical Traits in Sheep
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different replacement ratio of soybean meal by compound protein pellet on rumen fermentation and blood biochemical rraits in sheep. Four crossed - bred ( Charolais X Dorset ) sheep with an average weight of ( 50 ± 2) kg were used in a 4 x 4 Latin square design. The control group was fed the basal diet, and group I to group Ⅲ were fed the basal diet in which 40% , 60% and 80 % soybean meal were replaced with compound protein pellet The results showed that there were no significant effects on ruminal pH value (P>0. 05) , the variety trends of pH value have delayed as the concentration of compound protein pellet supplement increasing. The experimental groups compared with the control group, the NH3 - N concentration increased by 4.66% ,15. 27% ,21. 05% , the experiment group H were distinctly difference compared with control group (P <0.05). The groups showed no difference of the volatile fatty acids concentration(P >0. 05), however, the variety trends have decreased; and the A/P ratio of the experiment group Ⅲ was higher than others groups(P>0. 05); the groups showed no difference of BUN,, URIC, CREA ( P > 0.05 ) , however, the ALT and ALP of the experiment groupⅢ were higher than control group ( P > 0. 05 ) , AST was also significantly higher than other groups (P >0. 05). In conclusion, compound protein pellet substituted for soybean meal have no significant effects on rumen fermentation, substituted for 80% soybean meal had a certain influence on liver function in sheep, from the security and economic considerations, compound protein pellet substituted for 60% soybean meal was better, and it was no significant effect on rumen fermentation and blood biochemical indicators.
