区域国别学争鸣与新时期中国特色创新进路

摘要
在全球政治经济格局正面临"东升西降"的百年变局和中国已开启第二个百年新征程的时代背景下,中国的区域国别学也随着国家对外战略的需求而成为一门显学.本文从区域国别学名称出发,探讨国内外学者对区域国别学的学科属性、组织建制、人才培养和范式理论等方面的分歧,分析南亚研究的现状和发展趋势.基于此,本文提出新时期中国区域国别学的创新进路:创建完善的学术评价标准,鼓励一些特殊高校摸索本硕博贯通的"通专结合"人才培养体系;尝试采用世界主义范式与共同体范式;转向以问题为导向的折中主义,秉持包容与共的价值取向.如此,才可为"三大全球倡议"、高质量共建"一带一路"和人类命运共同体的有效落实贡献力量.
Abstract
As the global political and economic landscape faces the century-long change of"East rising and West falling",China has embarked on her journey of the Second Centenary Goal.Area studies has also become a prominent study with demands of China's national foreign strategy.This article,based on the name of areas studies,discusses the divergence between scholars at home and abroad on the subject attributes,organizational structure,personnel training and paradigm theory of the discipline,and the status quo and development trend in South Asia studies are also being analyzed.On this basis,this paper proposes innovative approaches for Chinese area studies in the new era,that is,creating a relatively perfect academic evaluation standard;exploring the undergraduate,master,doctor talent cultivation system through"combination of generalists and specialists"in several special universities;trying to adopt a cosmopolitan paradigm and a community paradigm and shifting to a problem-oriented eclecticism adhering to the values of inclusiveness and sharing.Through these efforts,we can contribute to the effective implementation of the"three global initiatives",the high-quality"Belt and Road"and a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind.
