Demand Analysis on Technologies within Field of Soil and Water Conser-vation and the Develop-ment Countermeasure in Ninghua County
The causes and harms of soil erosion in Ninghua County were ana-lyzed, the current problems in soil and water conservation were pointed out, and some suggestions and countermeasures were put forward. The countermeasures were as follows: ① Strengthening the leadership, perfecting the organization and improving the management system of soil and water conservation.②Combining improvement and protection and industry update, taking comprehensive measures according to actual situations.③Strength-ening legal publicity and construction of law enforcement system, protecting and governing the ecological environment by law. ④Establishing sound and stable mechanism of investment in science and technology of soil and water conserva-tion. ⑤Depending on the progress of science and technology, enhancing tech-nical training for masses to improve the comprehensive control benefits.
