lnfluences of Salicylic Acid on Seedling Grow of Astragalus membranace-us(Fisch.) Bge. under Salt Stress
The influences of salicylic acid with different densities on chloro-phyll content in the leaves, malondialde-hyde (MDA), proline (Pro) content, rela-tive conductivity and superoxide dismu-tase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and cata-lase (CAT) activity of seedling grow of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge. under salt stress. The results showed that salt stress inhibited the growth of As-tragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge. . After adding various concentrations of salicylic acid , inhibition effect had eased significantly, and increased chlorophyll content, activities of super-oxide dismutase, catalase and peroxi-dase, while the relative conductivity and MDA decreased . Salicylic acid had sig-nificantly alleviate effects of seedlings salt stress on Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge..
