Miyi County is one of the earliest loquat production areas in China to be listed.It can be listed before New Year's Day every year,during the peak consumption season of New Year's Day and Spring Festival,with good planting economic benefits.However,in 2023,there was a significant delay in the launch of Miyi early spring loquat(hereinafter referred to as Miyi loquat).Based on the climatic conditions of early spring loquat production,the meteorological reasons for the delay in the launch of Miyi loquat in 2023 were analyzed and discussed from meteorological factors such as temperature,rainfall,and sunlight.The results indicate that under the background of excessive precipitation in May,the continuous decrease in the number of high-temperature days and sunshine hours from May to June is the main meteorological cause of the delay in the listing period of Miyi loquat in 2023.
