运用AHP方法,通过建立新兵综合素质考评的层次结构模型,确定部队新兵综合素质考评中的各科目的相对权重,对新兵的综合素质进行定量分析和计算,为新兵专业选择、单位分配和选送技术学兵提供科学的决策依据.
AHP and Its Application in Comprehensive Quality Assessment of Recruits
This paper utilizes the AHP,by establishing the hierarchical structure model of comprehensive quality assessment of recruits,to solve and determine the weights of all subjects among comprehensive quality of recruits,and makes a quantitative analysis and calculation,and provides a scientific basis for the recruits＇ professional choice,unit distribution and the artificer selection.
