从自发到自觉:劳动教育的价值审视与实践路径

中国特色社会主义进入新时代,劳动教育被赋予崭新的时代内涵,其时代价值逐渐彰显.与此同时,劳动教育的价值实现呈现出由自发到自觉的发展进程.纵观我国劳动教育的发展历程,劳动教育兼具个体价值与社会价值相统一的价值、五育融合的综合价值.立足当下,在现代性发展视域下,劳动教育要进一步澄明价值取向,回归主体实践,唤醒生命觉知,使自发的劳动意识转化为自觉的劳动素养,促进学生的创新发展与自觉成长.基于此,劳动教育需要从三个方面不断开拓实践路径:以学促劳,强化学生的劳动认同;以劳育人,指向个体的核心素养;以人为本,促进学生的自觉成长.
From Spontaneity to Consciousness:The Value Survey and Practice Path of Labor Education
In the new era,labor education has been endowed with new connotation,and its era value has gradually manifested.At the same time,the realization of the value of labor education presents a development process from spontaneity to consciousness.Throughout the development history,labor education has both individ-ual value and social value,and the comprehensive value of the integration of the five dimensions of education.Based on the present,it is necessary to further clarify the value orientation,return to the subject practice,awak-en the awareness of life,transform the spontaneous labor into conscious labor literacy,and promote the innova-tive development and consciousness growth of students from the perspective of modern development.In view of that,this study puts forward the practical path of labor education,that is,to promote labor by learning and strengthen students'labor identity;educating people through labor,pointing to the core quality of individuals;people-oriented,to promote the consciousness growth of students.
