A Summary of Research on Lost Dictionaries from Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties to Sui and Tang Dynasties
Most of the Dictionaries from the Wei and Jin Dynasties to the Sui and Tang Dynasties have scat-tered and lost,but the dictionary entries are so valuable that some scholars have made great achievements in this field.The dictionaries mentioned in this article are existing dictionaries that have been collected by someone(based on Long Zhang's"Xiao Xue Sou Yi"(龙璋《小学搜逸》).This paper collects and organizes the research results,and discusses it from two aspects:compilation and research:The former includes three categories:Qing Dynasty edition of scattered works,contemporary people'edition and textual criticism,and the foreign edition,and the latter is mainly based on the journals and dissertations after the 1980s,and the research results are divid-ed into three categories:the study of dictionaries,study of Ancient Literature Citation Wordbook,the study of a certain dictionary,and a comparative study between dictionaries.On this basis,the shortcomings of the current research status of word book research are analyzed,and the future research is prospected.
