油盖拉环测漏一体机设计及主轴优化设计

运用SolidWorks建立虚拟模型,在Adams中对主轴进行运动学仿真,对结果进行比较分析.利用ANSYS Workbench对主轴进行仿真,并进行结构性优化.设计出一种具有测漏及开启力检测于一体的机械设备,并对主轴进行优化设计.优化前主轴运行不平稳,优化后质量减少25%,长度减少13%,主轴运行平稳.拉环测漏一体机的设计目的是实现自动检测.多功能拉环测漏一体机的研发对自动化检测具有重要意义.
In the study,using SolidWorks,the kinematics of the spindle in Adam were simulated,and the results were analyzed.Furthermore,by means of ANSYS Workbench,the principal axes were simulated and op-timized.A mechanical equipment with leakage detection and opening force detection was designed,and the main shaft was optimized.Before optimization,the spindle operation was not stable.After optimization,the mass was reduced by 25%,the length was reduced by 13%,and the spindle ran smoothly.The purpose of the machine is to realize automatic detection.The research and development of multi-function pull loop leakage measuring ma-chine is of great significance for automatic detection.
