合肥都市圈城乡融合发展评价及障碍因素分析

摘要
城乡融合发展水平的高低对共同富裕目标的实现具有重要影响.通过构建合肥都市圈城乡融合发展水平评价指标体系,利用改进熵值法确定指标权重,采用TOPSIS模型,分析2017-2021 年合肥都市圈总体及各城市城乡融合发展水平.同时使用障碍度模型,分析合肥都市圈城乡融合发展过程中存在的各种障碍因子.结果显示:从总体来看,2017-2021 年合肥都市圈城乡融合发展水平呈现稳步上升态势,但仍处于中等水平.从局部来看,合肥都市圈内各地级市城乡融合发展存在一定差异性,呈现"较低—中等—良好"的梯队特征.最后,确定影响其城乡融合发展的障碍因子,既有相同障碍因子,也有差异障碍因子.
Abstract
The urban-rural integration has an important impact on the realization of common prosperity.This study constructed an evaluation index system for urban-rural integration development in Hefei metropolitan area,using the improved entropy method to determine the index weight.In addition,it adopted TOPSIS model to ana-lyze the overall development in this area and the specific development in each city in 2017-2021.At the same time,the obstacle model was used to analyze obstacle factors in the process of the development of its integration.The results show that:The urban-rural integration in this area shows a steady boost in 2017-2021,but it is still at an average level.From the local point of view,there are certain differences in the urban-rural integration de-velopment of prefecture-level cities,showing the lower-average-good condition.In addition,the obstacle factors affecting the development of urban and rural integration are found,including the same obstacle factors and the different obstacle factors.
