A Path to Improve the Effectiveness of Teacher training Professional Course Evaluation Based on Continuous Improvement
In the context of teacher training professional accreditation,although most colleges and universi-ties have conducted evaluations on the rationality of the curriculum system and the achievement of curriculum ob-jectives,there are problems such as mere formality and incomplete continuous improvement mechanisms.Evalu-ation has not truly played a role in promoting the curriculum system and curriculum.According to the teaching professional certification concept and the value pursuit of curriculum evaluation,the effectiveness of curriculum evaluation is mainly reflected in the scientificity and rationality of the curriculum evaluation itself and its role in the continuous improvement of talent training.In order to effectively improve the effectiveness of course evalua-tion,first,the course evaluation standards must be optimized and the scientific level of evaluation be improved;second,the evaluation method must be reformed and improve the rationality level of evaluation be improved;third,a course evaluation operating mechanism and supervision mechanism must be built based on continuous improvement.the effectiveness of course evaluation must be improved from the three aspects of scientificity,ra-tionality and feasibility.
