The Influence of College Students'Psychological Stress on Learning Burnout:The Mediating Role of Coping Style
In order to explore the relationship between college students'psychological pressure,coping style and learning burnout,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 378 undergraduates by using the stressor scale,the simple coping style scale and the learning burnout scale.The results show that:(1)The college students,at the lower middle level of psychological pressure and learning burnout,are more inclined to adopt positive coping styles;(2)The psychological pressure of college students is positively correlated with learning burnout and nega-tive coping style.Learning burnout has a significant negative correlation with positive coping styles and a signifi-cant positive correlation with negative coping styles;(3)Psychological pressure can not only predict learning burnout alone,but also indirectly affect learning burnout through negative coping styles,which play a part of me-diating role.
