摘要
人才培养质量是高等教育发展的核心.应用型高校是推进高等教育普及化的主力军,其人才培养质量的高低,直接影响着2035 建设现代化教育强国的进程.从应用型高层次人才培养要求、人才培养质量提升面临的现实困境出发,提出"转变思想观念,做好顶层设计;对接地方产业链,科学设置专业链;搭建产教融合、校企合作育人平台,加强应用型人才培养;加强师资队伍建设,持续提升教师专业能力;完善全周期人才培养教育教学质量闭环管理机制,强化人才培养质量意识"等建议,并以平顶山学院为例进行实证研究,为地方应用型高校人才培养质量的提升提供借鉴.
Abstract
The quality of talent cultivation is the core of the development for higher education.Application-oriented universities play a pivotal role in advancing the widespread accessibility of higher education,and the quality of their talent cultivation has a direct impact on achieving the goal of building a modern educational powe-rhouse.In view of the five practical difficulties existing in application-oriented colleges and universities,the fol-lowing strategies are proposed:shifting mindsets and focusing on top-level design;aligning with local industrial chains and scientifically developing professional programs;building platforms that integrate industry and educa-tion to foster school-enterprise collaboration and strengthen applied talent cultivation;enhancing faculty develop-ment and continuously improving teachers'professional competencies;and refining a closed-loop quality manage-ment mechanism for talent training that spans the entire educational cycle while raising awareness of talent culti-vation quality.An empirical analysis,using Pingdingshan University as a case study,is conducted to provide valuable insights and serve as a reference for improving talent cultivation quality in local application-oriented uni-versities.
