系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种复杂的全身性自身免疫疾病。目前已知该疾病是遗传、感染、环境等因素共同作用的集合体,各种免疫细胞、炎症细胞因子以及异常的信号通路参与其中。然而,现有的研究对其病因的认识仍存在很大程度的局限性。肌醇需要酶1α(inositol requiring enzyme 1α,IRE1α)是一种内质网(ER)Ⅰ型跨膜蛋白,几乎表达于所有哺乳动物的细胞和组织,具有胞质激酶和核糖核酸酶活性,是ER应激的压力感受器,与造成免疫紊乱的多种生理和病理条件有关,多项研究已证明其在自身免疫性疾病中发挥着关键作用。本文主要围绕IRE1α如何参与SLE发生发展作一综述。
The Research progress of transmembrane protein IRE1α in systemic lupus erythematosus
Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a complex systemic autoimmune disease.At present,it is known that the disease is a combination of genetic,infection,environmental and other factors,and various immune cells,inflammatory cytokines and abnormal signaling pathways are involved.However,the existing studies still have great limitations in understanding the etiology.Inositol requiring enzyme 1α(IRE1α)is an endoplasmic reticulum(ER)type Ⅰ transmembrane protein,which is expressed in almost all mammalian cells and tissues.IRE1α,with the activities of cytoplasmic kinase and ribonuclease,is a pressure sensor of ER stress,which is related to various physiological and pathological conditions that cause immune disorders.Many studies have proved that IRE1α plays a key role in autoimmune diseases.This article reviews how IRE1α participates in the development of SLE.
