Research progress of postoperative individualized radiotherapy for non-melanoma skin cancer
Non-melanoma skin cancer is the most common malignant tumor in the world, mainly including basal cell carcinoma and skin squamous cell carcinoma.Non-melanoma skin cancer is more common in the face.At present, the first-line treatment is surgery, which will lead to tissue defect and destroy the function and beauty of facial organs.Postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy can improve the cosmetic effect and reduce the recurrence rate of malignant tumor. At present, there are many kinds of radiotherapy equipment used for skin tumors, among which the new linear accelerator can accurately control the irradiation dose, accurately locate and orient the lesions, and minimize the damage to normal tissues while ensuring the irradiation dose in the target area. The purpose of this article is to introduce the advantages of new linear accelerator in postoperative radiotherapy of NMSC,and to review the research progress of postoperative radiotherapy of different types of skin non-melanoma.
