Advances in the study of the role of Th17/Treg imbalance in psoriasis
Psoriasis,as a common dermatological disease,has brought a heavy burden to individuals and society,and its diagnosis and treatment has always been the focus of our attention.CD4+T lymphocytes and other subgroups participate in cellular immune response and play an important role in autoimmune diseases.Th17 and Treg are closely related in the pathogenesis of psoriasis,and they are the key T cell types for immune tolerance,homeostasis,pathogenicity and pathogen clearance.It has been found that CD4+T lymphocytes play an important role in the occurrence,development,treatment and prognosis of psoriasis,especially the imbalance of Th17/Treg in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.This article aims to review the role of Th17/Treg imbalance in the pathogenesis of psoriasis and provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis.
