多种中医辨证思维法在痤疮诊治中的应用进展

摘要
整体观念和辨证论治是中医理论体系的主要特点.《丹溪心法》云:"盖有诸内者,必形诸外".痤疮是皮肤科常见疾病,从中医病因病机的角度分析,该病与体内气血、阴阳、脏腑及经络运行失衡密切相关.笔者从八纲辨证、脏腑辨证、六经辨证及三焦辨证 4 个方面,整理中医治疗痤疮的思路及进展,以期扩展辨证思路,提高疗效.
Abstract
The holistic concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment are the main features of the theoretical system of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)."Danxi Xinfa"says:""covered in the inside,will be formed outside".Acne is a common disease in dermatology,and analyzed from the perspective of etiology and pathogenesis in Chinese medicine,the disease is closely related to the imbalance of qi and blood,yin and yang,internal organs and meridians in the body.We reviewed the literature,and compiled the ideas and progress of TCM in the treatment of acne from the four aspects of eight-pronged diagnosis,organ diagnosis,six-meridian diagnosis,and triple-hexagonal diagnosis in order to expand the ideas of diagnosis and to improve the efficacy of the treatment.
