尖锐湿疣近年来发病率逐年上升,致病HPV型别多、复发率高,目前临床治疗棘手,复发及持续感染是亟待解决的难题.迄今尖锐湿疣发病及复发机制尚未完全阐明,本文就近年来的研究进展进行综述.
Abstract
Condyloma Acuminatum shows a growing incidence recent years with more pathogenic HPV types discovered and higher recurrence.It gives a great challenge for doctors to cure CA patients,which result in treatment resistant and persistent infection.The pathogenesis and recurrent mechanisms remain unclear.This article reviews the research progress in recent years.
