摘要
皮肤基底细胞癌(basal cell carcinoma,BCC)是全世界范围内最常见的皮肤非黑素瘤之一.高频超声作为一种无创、安全的实时成像工具,能够为临床实践中BCC的诊疗及管理提供有价值的信息,包括肿瘤的形态特征、浸润深度及与周围组织的关系,这对于评估病变的性质、范围、确定治疗方案及后续的管理都具有重要意义.
Abstract
Basal cell carcinoma(BCC)is one of the most common non-melanoma skin tumors worldwide.As a non-invasive,safe,real-time imaging tool,high-frequency ultrasound can provide valuable information for clinical practice,including the morphological features of the skin lesion,invasion depth and relationship with surrounding tissues,which is important for assessing the nature and scope of the lesion,determining treatment options,and subsequent management.
