Application of high-frequency ultrasound in the management of cutaneous basal cell carcinoma
Basal cell carcinoma(BCC)is one of the most common non-melanoma skin tumors worldwide. As a non-invasive,safe,real-time imaging tool,high-frequency ultrasound can provide valuable information for clinical practice, including the morphological features of the skin lesion, invasion depth and relationship with surrounding tissues, which is important for assessing the nature and scope of the lesion, determining treatment options, and subsequent management.
