Vitiligo is a chronic autoimmune skin disease, which can occur at any age and in all parts of the body. The global incidence rate is about 0.5%~2%.It is characterized by depigmentation leukoplakia on the skin, some accompanied by white hair.In recent years, there has been a consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of vitiligo both domestically and internationally. However, some patients still cannot achieve effective color restoration during the treatment process, such as vitiligo in the mucous membrane and thin and tender areas, vitiligo in the hair area, vitiligo in the limb area,large-scale vitiligo, and residual linear vitiligo. The author reviewed the treatment of refractory vitiligo by reviewing previous literature.
