免疫重建综合征是HIV相关隐球菌脑膜炎常见的并发症，该并发症的发生增加了 HIV相关隐球菌脑膜炎的死亡率。目前，对于HIV相关隐球菌脑膜炎免疫重建综合征的发病机制尚不清楚，给该病的防治带来了困难。本文综述了 HIV相关隐球菌脑膜炎免疫重建综合征发病机制、危险因素及诊疗新进展。
Research progress on immune reconstitution syndrome in HIV-associated cryptococcal meningitis
Immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome(IRIS)is a common complication of HIV-associated cryptococcal meningitis,which increases the mortality rate of HIV-related cryptococcal meningitis.Currently,the pathogenesis of IRIS of HIV-associated cryptococcal meningitis is not clear,which brings difficulties in the prevention and treatment of the disease.This review summarizes the latest advances in the pathogenesis,risk factors,diagnosis,and management of IRIS in HIV-associated cryptococcal meningitis.
