Optimization of Extraction of Flavonoids from Toona Sinensis Leaves by Ultrasonic-assisted
Natural flavonoids have strong antibacterial activity, which can be used as a leather antibacterial agent with its advantage of green, safety and no hazards. In this experiment, the flavonoids was extracted from September's Toona sinensis leaves by ultrasonic-assisted technology. The effects of factors such as ethanol volume fraction, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic temperature and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction effect were studied. The extraction process conditions were obtained as follows: ethanol volume fraction 60%, ultrasonic power 200W, solid-liquid ratio 1:25 g/mL, ultrasonic temperature 50℃, ultrasonic time 50 min. Under this condition, the extraction rate of flavonoids from Toona sinensis leaves was 5.788%.
