基于单因素法的植物鞣剂-沸石鞣剂结合鞣革研究

为改善植物鞣白湿革性能,引入了沸石鞣剂,以湿热收缩温度和物理机械性能(撕裂强度和抗张强度)为评价指标,采用单因素法,优化出基于植物鞣剂的沸石结合鞣的最佳工艺.试验结果表明,植物鞣剂-沸石结合鞣最佳条件为:沸石鞣剂的用量为 5%,鞣制时间 50 min,提碱终点pH为 5.5,鞣制终点温度 30℃,所得白湿革的收缩温度达到 94.55℃,撕裂强度达到 55.75 N/mm,抗张强度达到 11.44 N/mm2,部位差显著降低.该工艺对植鞣白湿革的改善效果明显,为无铬结合鞣技术提供了新思路.
Study on Vegetable Tanning-Zeolite Tanning Agent Combined Tanning Based on Single Factor Method
To im prove the performance of wet-white obtained from vegetable tannage,the zeolite tanning agent was introduced.The shrinkage temperature and physical properties including tear strength and tensile strength used as evaluation indicators,the best vegetable-zeolite combination tannage process technology was optimized by the single factor method.The experimental results show that the optimal vegetable-zeolite combination tannage process is as follows:the dosage of zeolite tanning agent is 5%,the tanning time is 50 minutes,the tanning endpoint pH is 5.5,and the tanning endpoint temperature is 30℃.The tanning effect of the white-wet obtained by vegetable-zeolite combination tannage process is excellent,with a shrinkage temperature of 94.55℃,a tear strength of 55.75 N/mm,a tensile strength of 11.44 N/mm2,and a significant reduction in positional differences.This has a significant improvement effect on vegetable tanned wet-white,providing a new approach for chrome free combination tanning.
