基于TRIZ理论的多重防水功能皮革的工艺设计

为提高皮革产品的防水性能,基于TRIZ理论,在前期防水研究的基础上,集成了基于复鞣防水、填充防水、加脂防水与表面防水的多层叠加-复合的防水体系,制备了具有优异动态防水和静态防水性能的防水功能皮革,并采用FTIR、SEM、EDS、XPS等进行了表征.试验结果表明,皮革防水性能优异,其中静态吸水量<14 g/2h,动态防水次数超过 20 万次,水接触角接近 130°.与此同时,该防水功能皮革还具有较好的涂层性能、物理机械性能和感官性能,较传统皮革相比,均有所提升.这为防水功能皮革的生产与应用提供了一种新途径.
Process Design of Multi Waterproof Functional Leather Based on TRIZ Theory
To improve the waterproof performance of leather,a multi-layer superimposed composite waterproof system including retanning,filling,fatliquoring,and surface waterproofing was integrated based on TRIZ theory and previous waterproof research.Waterproof functional leather with excellent dynamic and static waterproof performance was prepared,and characterized by FTIR,SEM,EDS,XPS,etc.The Experimental results show that the waterproof performance is excellent,with a static water absorption rate of less than 14 g/2h,dynamic waterproofing frequency exceeding 200000 times,and a water contact angle close to 130°.At the same time,the waterproof functional leather also has good coating performance,physical-mechanical properties,and sensory properties,which are improved compared to traditional leather.It provides a new approach for the production and application of waterproof functional leather.
