制革肉渣废弃物的资源化利用研究

制革肉渣固体废弃物的清洁化处理和资源化利用是目前制革企业比较关注的问题.本研究采用生物酶法将制革肉渣固体废弃物制备成肉渣水解液,分离水解液中的甘油、脂肪酸及蛋白水解液,并对各成分进行了分析.试验结果表明,肉渣在高温和酶制剂的作用下,每100 g肉渣可分离得到56.8 g的脂肪酸、1.6 g的甘油,剩余的蛋白水解液经蛋白酶二次水解可用于枯草芽孢杆菌AS1.398的发酵生产,其中添加胰蛋白酶水解液的发酵酶活最高,发酵酶活为4772 U/mL.这为制革肉渣固体废弃物的资源化利用开辟了新的途径.
Study on Resource Utilization of Tannery Meat Residue Solid Waste
The clean treatment and resource utilization of tannery meat residue solid waste is a concern of tannery enterprises at present.In this study,the solid waste of tannery meat residue was prepared into meat residue hydrolysate by biological enzyme method,and the glycerol,fatty acid and protein hydrolysate were separated and analyzed.The results showed that under the action of high temperature and enzyme preparation,56.8 g of fatty acid and 1.6 g of glycerol could be separated from 100 g of meat residue.The remaining protein hydrolysate could be used for the fermentation of Bacillus subtilis AS1.398 by protease secondary hydrolysis.The fermentation enzyme activity of trypsin hydrolysate was the highest,and the fermentation enzyme activity was 4772 U/mL.This opens up a new way for the resource utilization of tannery meat residue solid waste.
