Study on the Effect of Zeolite Tanning Agent on the Properties of Wet White Based on Orthogonal Design
To investigate the effect of zeolite tanning agent on the wet finishing performance of wet white after tanning,zeolite tanned wet white was taken as the research object,and the shrinkage temperature,softness,and physical and mechanical properties of the crust leather were used as key evaluation indicators.Orthogonal design method was used to optimize the dosage of zeolite tanning agent,retanning time and endpoint pH value.The experimental results show that when the dosage of zeolite tanning agent is 5%,the tanning time is 60 minutes,and the endpoint pH value is controlled at 4.2~4.5,the shrinkage temperature of the wet finished crust leather exceeds 75℃,the softness reaches level 4 or above,and it has good physical and mechanical properties.This provides a new approach for wet dyeing and finishing of zeolite tanned wet white.
