数字化时代的到来给我国的皮革制品企业带来了极大的发展动力.文章系统性总结了数字化背景下皮革电商零售产业存在的困境,包括电商零售产业数字化技术问题、企业电商模块经营理念问题、皮革电商供应链整合问题等.针对这些问题,提出了数字化背景下皮革电商零售产业的转型路径,包括深度实现数字化技术与皮革电商零售产业融合、积极推动电商零售企业经营模式革新、建立完善的数字化产业链等.
Research on the Dilemma and Transformation Path of Leather E-commerce Retail Industry Under the Digital Background
The arrival of digital times has brought great development momentum to China's leather goods enterprises.This paper systematically summarizes the difficulties existing in the leather e-commerce retail industry under the digital background,including the digital technology of the e-commerce retail industry,the business concept of the enterprise e-commerce module and the integration of the leather e-commerce supply chain.In response to these problems,the transformation path of leather e-commerce retail industry under the digital background is proposed,including deeply realizing the integration of digital technology and leather e-commerce retail industry,actively promoting the innovation of the business model of e-commerce retail enterprises,and establishing a perfect digital industry chain.
