Optimal design and analysis of flux reverse permanent magnet galvanometer motor
A flux reverse permanent magnet galvanometer motor with unequal widths of stator tooth widths was proposed.Based on sensitivity analysis, four parameters, including the widths of large stator teeth, small stator teeth, rotor teeth and slot shoulder, were selected as the influencing factors.Moreo-ver,the torque density, the torque change rate, the cogging torque and the inductance were taken as the optimization objectives. The orthogonal test analysis was performed using the Taguchi method to ob-tain the target response under different factor levels. Then the optimal design of the motor was realized by introducing the grey correlation method,by which the multi-objective optimization was transformed into a single-objective optimization.By the comparative analysis of motor performance, the superiority of the proposed motor and the effectiveness of the optimization design method were verified.
