泵站偏心渐缩式出水压力箱涵水力特性

为了改善偏心渐缩式出水压力箱涵内存在的偏流、回流、脱流等不良流态,采用物理模型试验和数值模拟相结合的方法研究其水力特性,对比了偏心渐缩式出水压力箱涵各方案的特征断面流态、横向流速分配比以及压强分布。研究表明:初步设计方案中,偏心渐缩式出水压力箱涵内存在偏流、回流、脱流等不良流态,其特征断面的横向流速分配比最大达到了-62。50%,长导流墩两侧压强差最大达到了 1 679。51 Pa;采用优化"导流墩位置+迎水角度+挑流底板结构"的组合方案后,消除了箱涵内存在的不良流态,其特征断面的横向流速分配比最小减到-5。19%,长导流墩两侧压强差最小仅21。21 Pa。在开启2#,3#,4#机组的典型运行工况下,应用该组合方案同样可以对流态进行优化。研究成果可以为类似出水压力箱涵的设计提供参考。
Hydraulic characteristics of eccentric tapered outlet pressure box culvert of pumping station
In order to improve the undesirable flow patterns such as deviation,backflow,and flow se-paration in the eccentric tapering outlet pressure box culvert,its hydraulic characteristics were studied by combining physical model test and numerical simulation.The flow pattern,transverse velocity distri-bution ratio,and pressure distribution of the characteristic sections of the eccentric tapering outlet pres-sure box culvert were compared.The research shows that the preliminary design scheme has bad flow patterns such as bias flow,reflux,and flow separation in the eccentric tapering outlet pressure box cul-vert.The maximum transverse velocity distribution ratio of its characteristic section reaches-62.50%,and the maximum pressure difference on both sides of the long diversion pier reaches 1 679.51 Pa.By adopting the combined scheme of optimizing"diversion pier position+water-facing angle+deflecting flow baseplate structure",the unfavorable flow pattern in the box culvert is eliminated,the transverse velocity distribution ratio of the characteristic section is reduced to a minimum of-5.19%,and the minimum pressure difference on both sides of the long diversion pier is only 21.21 Pa.Under the typi-cal operating conditions of 2#,3#,and 4# units,applying this combination scheme can also optimize the flow pattern.The research results can provide a reference for the design of similar outlet pressure box culverts.
