罗茨风机噪声产生与抑制研究现状及发展趋势

罗茨风机(Roots pump)运行时产生噪声较大的问题一直受人关注,首先介绍了罗茨风机的基本结构特点和工作原理,指出罗茨风机噪声产生来源主要包括壳体噪声、机械噪声和气动噪声,其次分析总结了近年来国内外学者在罗茨风机噪声控制方面所做的大量研究工作,主要包括噪声机理研究(通过试验和数值模拟深入了解噪声产生的机理,为噪声控制提供理论基础)、结构优化(优化风机的结构设计,如改进转子型线等措施减少噪声源)、外部降噪装置技术(增设如隔声罩、消声器等降噪装置以有效降低噪声传播)等方面,最后根据目前的研究成果对罗茨风机噪声控制研究的发展趋势进行了展望。提高数值模拟精度及效率,优化罗茨风机结构设计,研发新型降噪材料,创新噪声控制技术,提高噪声控制自动化水平将是今后罗茨风机降噪控制的研究重点。
Research status and development trend of noise generation and suppression of Roots pump
The problem of excessive noise generated during operation has drawn significant attention.The fundamental structural characteristics and operational principles of the Roots pump were presented initially,identifying shell noise,mechanical noise and aerodynamic noise as the primary noise sources.Then,extensive research conducted by both domestic and foreign scholars in recent years on noise con-trol for Roots pumps was examined and summarized,encompassing studies on noise mechanisms,structural optimization,and external noise reduction device technology,among others.Finally,based on current research findings,future prospects for the development of Roots pump noise control research were outlined.It is suggested from this study that enhancing precision and efficiency in numerical simu-lations,optimizing the structural design of Roots pump,developing new materials for sound reduction purposes,innovating techniques for controlling noise levels,and improving automation in sound control will be key areas of focus for future research on Roots pump noise reduction.
