Study on the Development,Challenges and Countermeasures of Hangzhou Leather Industry(2019-2022)
Under the background of the increasingly fierce competition in domestic and abroad market,the continuous improvement of environmental awareness and the increasing pressure of resource shortage,Hangzhou leather industry is facing severe challenges.Herein,SWOT analysis,data analysis,and literature analysis methods were used to conduct an in-depth analysis of the development status of Hangzhou leather industry from 2019 to 2022,as well as its main data indicators,resource endowment,output value of new products,and export delivery value competition pattern.It was found that Hangzhou leather industry had the advantages of high resource endowment,significant export orientation and high proportion of new product output value.However,during the epidemic,the industry was hit hard,and after that,the main economic indicators showed a return to a good trend,but there are still practical problems such as the continuous increase of production and operation costs of enterprises,high pollution and energy consumption,the reduction of the number of enterprises and the new high level of losses.In view of the above problems,the corresponding solutions and development suggestions were put forward to provide reference for the relevant enterprises and functional departments in Hangzhou and similar areas.
