一种植物质可持续服饰品材料的设计与应用

近年来,石油基合成纤维材料的应用在促进时尚服饰行业繁荣发展的同时,也给地球环境带来了巨大的冲击和破坏.为追寻可持续发展的道路,从环保服饰材料探索与应用的角度出发,利用素食植物魔芋中葡甘聚糖的胶粘特性进行服饰材料试制以及应用实验,尝试将这种易于生物降解的植物质环保复合材料应用于服饰品设计.实验结果表明:魔芋植物质复合材料具有较好的耐腐性、耐水性和强度;同时,该材料具有独特的外观纹理、较好的染色表现以及良好的可塑性,符合时尚服饰品设计的基本要求,有成为较理想的可持续服饰材料的可能性.
Design and Application of a Plant-based Sustainable Material for Clothing Accessories
In recent years,the application of petroleum-based synthetic fiber materials has not only promoted the prosperity and development of the fashion industry,but also brought tremendous impact and damage to the earth's environment.From the perspective of environmentally friendly apparel materials,the adhesive properties of glucomannan in the vegan plant konjac were utilized to carry out the production and application of apparel materials in an attempt to apply the biodegradable plant-based environmentally friendly composite materials to apparel design.The experiment results proved that the konjac plant-based composite materials had good corrosion resistance,water resistance and strength.Meanwhile,the materials possessed a unique texture,good coloring performance and good plasticity,which is in line with the basic requirements of fashionable apparel design,and had the potential to become an ideal sustainable apparel materials.
