With the rapid development of the economy,the problem of environmental pollution is becoming increasingly severe.Among numerous environmental protection systems,the environmental impact assessment system is the most important one,which can calculate the emissions of pollutants,identify pollution sources,and provide effective reference for environmental governance.The fixed pollution source discharge permit system is an effective system for controlling pollutant emissions,which can limit pollutant emissions from the source.The effective connection between the two systems plays a positive role in high-quality pollution source control work.This article first analyzes the necessity and feasibility of connecting the fixed pollution source discharge permit system with the environmental impact assessment system.Secondly,it analyzes the difficulties faced by the connection of the two systems,and finally provides some suggestions for the connection of the two systems,in order to provide some reference for other studies.
