A Study of Economic and Environmental Optimization Development Status of Elemental Chlorine Free Bleaching in Chemical Productions of Pulp
Chemical pulping is a pulp manufacturing process widely used in the paper industry,in which the bleaching process traditionally uses elemental chlorine bleaching, the use of chlorine gas as a bleaching agent, this bleaching method will produce a large number of toxic organic halides, including strong carcinogens dioxins. In view of the second,in recent years, the use of chlorine dioxide as bleach agent element-free chlorine bleaching process began to be widely introduced into the paper industry,as an alternative technology for bleaching process.By studying the process characteristics of each section of element-free chlorine bleaching process, the rationality of element-free chlorine bleaching pulp on the basis of comprehensive consideration of technical and environmental costs is concluded. In order to comply with the latest industrial policies and environmental protection standards, and to provide a scientific reference for the process route of eliminating and upgrading the traditional element chlorine bleaching process as a papermaking enterprise, especially small and medium-sized enterprises,in the future period.
