Research on Pretreatment and Detection Techniques for Heavy Metal Elements in Soil
With the acceleration of industrialization in China, the problem of heavy metal pollution in soil is increasingly intensifying. In order to effectively carry out soil heavy metal detection and improve the accuracy of data, several pretreatment techniques are studied.By determining the recovery rate and standard deviation of soil heavy metal composition reference materials, the application advantages of microwave digestion,high-pressure tank digestion, electric hot plate method and aqua regia bath digestion method were analyzed.Experiments show that there are certain differences in the results produced by different digestion methods, and there is a certain standard deviation of the standard materials measured by different heavy metal elements using different digestion methods, which is closely related to the sample preparation technology. Each pretreatment technology has its own advantages, and in practice, the convenience, accuracy, stability and other factors of the pretreatment technology should be fully considered, and the reasonable choice should be made.
