Exploration of Ecological Environment Zoning Control and Governance Paths under the "Dual Carbon" Goal
In the current process of social development,with the expansion of the industrial scale,the environmental pollution caused by it is becoming more and more serious.Under this background,the government has introduced the two-carbon governance target according to the environmental situation,and formulated the ecological environment zoning management governance strategy to ensure the pollution control.However,in the governance link,carbon emissions have a wide range of sources,and the zoning governance needs to be reasonably arranged in combination with the actual situation of different regions,so there are some difficulties in the actual display link.This requires managers to strengthen the analysis of dual-carbon,clarify its requirements,and explore the difficulties of zoning management under its background,and formulate targeted solution strategies on this basis.
