摘要
农村饮用水安全关系到村民的身体健康,关系到农村的稳定,关系到整个和谐社会的构建.农村饮用水监测质量是有效制定饮用水安全措施的依据,因而提升其监测质量具有十分重要的意义.本文从农村饮用水监测发展历程、监测的意义等方面进行了概述,并分析了当前监测中存在的问题,最后结合当地监测的实际,从监测宣传、资金投入、监测监管、监测预警体系、编制监测计划和市场激励机制等方面提出了相应的提升对策.
Abstract
Drinking water safety in rural areas is related to the health of villagers,the stability of rural areas,and the construction of a harmonious society.The quality of rural drinking water monitoring is the basis for the effective development of drinking water safety measures,and it is of great significance to improve its monitoring quality.This paper from the rural drinking water monitoring development history,monitoring the significance of the overview,and analyze the current monitoring problems,and finally,combined with the local monitoring of the actual monitoring from the monitoring of publicity,capital investment,monitoring supervision,monitoring early warning system,the preparation of monitoring plans and market incentives and put forward the corresponding enhancement of countermeasures.
