Sludge is a solid residue from various wastewater treatment processes,which has a complex and diverse composition,containing a large amount of organic and inorganic substances.Sludge treatment has long been an important environmental issue.The traditional treatment methods are mainly incineration,landfill and composting,but these methods have the problems of environmental pollution,land waste and resource waste.With the concept of resource recovery and the development of technology,more and more researches have started to focus on the possibility of sludge reuse.This paper reviews the current research status,technical methods and application prospects of sludge resourcing.
