摘要
"无废城市"新理念推动城市建设向减量化、资源化和无害化发展.生活垃圾不仅是"无废城市"建设的重要部分,也与人们的日常生活息息相关.以江苏省常州市天宁区为例,通过分析近几年来生活垃圾产生、收集及处置现状,提出从终端处置调整、收集体系完善、教育宣传强化三个方面进行生活垃圾治理,为天宁区及其他相似城市的"无废城市"建设提供参考.
Abstract
The new concept of"Waste Free City"promotes the development of urban construction towards reduction,resource utilization and harmlessness.Domestic waste is not only an important part of the construction of"Waste Free City",but also closely related to People's Daily life.Taking Tianning District of Changzhou City,Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of the generation,collection and disposal of domestic waste in recent years,and puts forward the treatment of domestic waste from three aspects:adjustment of terminal disposal,improvement of collection system,and strengthening of education and publicity,so as to provide reference for the construction of"Waste Free City"in Tianning District and other similar cities.
