摘要

针对丁腈手套行业生产过程中产生的有机废气甲醇造成的大气污染和资源浪费问题,本文探讨了水吸收法、活性炭吸附法、催化燃烧法三种主流废气处理方法的可行性、运行成本及设备投资等,比较了各种处理方法的优劣,以促使丁腈手套行业能够根据实际工况选择合适的处理工艺.

Abstract

In response to the problem of atmospheric pollution and resource waste caused by organic waste gas methanol generated in the production process of nitrile gloves industry,this paper explores the feasibility,operating costs,and equipment investment of three mainstream waste gas treatment methods:water absorption method,activated carbon adsorption method,and catalytic combustion method,the advantages and disadvantages of each treatment method are compared,so that the nitrile gloves industry can choose appropriate treatment processes based on actual operating conditions.
