工业环境污染协同治理是解决全球工业污染问题的重要途径,本研究探讨工业环境污染协同治理的研究现状、理论基础、控制策略、综合模式以及可持续发展等问题.研究发现,工业环境污染对生态环境和人类健康造成严重影响,协同治理具有重要性和必要性.溯源控制、排放控制和合作控制被认为是关键策略;政府主导、企业主导和公众参与是推动协同治理的重要路径;科技创新、法律法规和经济手段是实现协同治理可持续发展的有效支撑,工业环境污染协同治理为实现可持续发展目标提供了有效途径.
Abstract
Collaborative governance of industrial environmental pollution is an important way to solve global industrial pollution problems.This study explores the research status,theoretical basis,control strategies,comprehensive models,and sustainable development of collaborative governance of industrial environmental pollution.Research has found that industrial environmental pollution has a serious impact on the ecological environment and human health,and collaborative governance is important and necessary.Traceability control,emission control,and collaborative control are considered key strategies,and government led,enterprise led,and public participation are important paths to promote collaborative governance.Technological innovation,laws and regulations,and economic means are the support for achieving sustainable development through collaborative governance,collaborative governance of industrial environmental pollution provides effective ways to achieve sustainable development goals.
