Research on Collaborative Governance Measures for Air Pollution under the Background of "Dual Carbon"
After the proposal of China's"dual carbon"targets, the emphasis on the atmospheric environment has been further enhanced, and the corresponding air pollution emission standards and governance levels have become stricter. For air pollution,a single governance model has not played a fundamental role in promoting the overall environment, and strengthening regional collaborative governance has become a current governance model of concern.Based on this, the article discusses from multiple perspectives, combining air pollution control with the"dual carbon"background.Based on the current situation of pollution control,it proposes the difficulties of governance and corresponding solutions based on the difficulties,in order to better assist in improving air quality and achieving China's"dual carbon"goals.
