摘要

旋风除尘器是一种利用离心力将颗粒从气流中脱除的简单、稳定、易维护的除尘设备.但是现有的旋风除尘器无法满足小颗粒(低于5 μm)的脱除要求,只是对于5～10 μm的颗粒物可以达到较好的除尘效果.在对燃煤烟气进行处理的过程中,亚微米颗粒占比超过了30%,如果仍然利用传统的旋风除尘器并不能满足处理要求.因此,有必要研究提升捕集细颗粒物效率的方法,这对于工业生产具有重要意义.

Abstract

Cyclone dust collector is a simple,stable and easy-to-maintain dust removal equipment that utilizes the centrifugal force generated by the swirling airflow to remove particles from the airstream.However,the current cyclone separators are only effective at capturing particles larger than 5～10 microns,while they have poor performance in removing particles smaller than 5 microns.In the process of coal flue gas treatment,submicron particles account for more than 30%,if still using the traditional cyclone dust collector can not meet the treatment requirements.Therefore,it is necessary to study methods to improve the efficiency of fine particulate matter capture,which is of great significance for industrial production.
