This paper analyzed the requirements of environmental supervision and law enforcement under the new normal,further proposed scientific countermeasures for environmental supervision and law enforcement in combination with specific requirements and key difficulties,in order to better provide scientific guidance for the development of high-quality environmental inspection and law enforcement.
